The annual survey conducted by Aerospace Cluster Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes confirms the trend: the Aerospace sector is recruiting in the region!
After having made more than 4,000 hires in 2023, regional companies are expressing needs for more than 3,000 positions in 2024. All professions are concerned, whether in production, R&D or in support services. The sector must face strong growth in its activity and is investing in the development of the next generations of aircraft. It needs all talents to succeed in meeting its challenges.
