MISUTECH

Main activity

MISUTECH offers the first simulation software to digitally certify the machining of safety components. MISULAB software can predict the influence of machining on the service life of aeronautical safety components. It also simulates the residual stresses and microstructure changes generated in machined surfaces. These results are interfaced with the customer’s own fatigue calculation software to secure component production. MISULAB also has the capacity to certify the machining of each component individually, by interfacing with machine monitoring systems in production (spindle power, cutting forces), and to manage the impact of production hazards (tool wear, lubrication failure, etc.) on certification.
