Engineered to replace complex and time-consuming Excel spreadsheets, our solution builds planning reliability and structures a Master Production Schedule (MPS) in just a few months.
By connecting production and supply chain operations, Komugi automatically identifies bottlenecks, secures mid-term load-capacity analyses (6-month horizon), and safeguards OTD against production hazards.
