Main activity

COURBIS SMART POLYMERS is a Key Player in high performance polymers, manufactures mechanical components and assemblies for the aerospace, defence, energy market, medical and industrial devices. CSP gathers in a single unit our operations located in France and Slovakia :

Polyurethanes, Silicones : Flexible or rigid elastomers manufacturing, using the casting process based on our Courbhane® or CoubhaPure® polyurethanes formulations. We also use Courbhane P ® polyurethane formulation for PU projection, to manufacture protection parts in particular.

Polymer Injection : processing all thermoplastic materials and technical ( PE, PP, ABS, PA, TPU, PEEK, PEI…)

Mechanical machining : this activity is EN 9100 certified, and manufactures highly technical, value-added mechanical parts and designs the majority of mechanical tooling for Courbis Group. Our main skills are milling and turning on multi-axis machines, cold stamping and water jet cutting.
We use a large range of material such as : aluminium, uranus, inconel, titanium, stainless steel, thermoplastics (PEEK, PPS…), polyurethane.
