APLAST is a company in Savoie specialized in High Performance Thermoplastics processing. We serve the cutting-edge industries as aeronautics, aerospace, nuclear, medical, offshore. We export 50% of our production to Southeast Asia, India, Israel, Switzerland, England, USA and Europe.

APLAST’s know-how lies in a unique transformation process developed 40 years ago; extrusion compression. This is a dynamic process that allows to get a higher quality of semi-finished product than with the more conventional processes such as extrusion or compression. A High-Pressure cycle with extremely slow temperature variations ensures an almost total absence of voids and of temperature gradient in the structure. Processed material volumes range from 5kg for prototyping to 12000kg per year for mechanical parts.
