Main activity

Established on two neighboring production plant in Annecy, MICROWELD has been the recognized specialist since 1997 in subcontracting LASER TECHNOLOGIES
in the fields of welding, cutting, ablation, laser machining, surface texturing and structuring, marking and engraving.

MICROWELD has unique know-how to provide global solutions combining high precision mechanical components and supply complete sub-assemblies
for the aeronautics, space, defense, medical, automotive, watchmaking, mechatronics and all industry sector requiring precision and technical requirements.

Our activities are certified ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO 13485 and use different laser technologies with more than 40 latest generation machines. Organized in project mode,
we are able to meet customer needs from the design and prototype phase to the serial phase (small or large). We also take projects in globality, including machining, surface and heat treatment,
in collaboration with our subcontractors approved and certified.

MICROWELD works with all materials such as stainless steels, titanium, nitinol, tantalum, tungsten, aluminum alloys, copper, brass, Cu-Be, silicon, sapphire, PEEK and other plastics.
We have a machining unit for the realization of our production, test and control tools. We also provide services for forming, crimping, education, assembly, finishing, specific controls including ultra-vacuum controls and NDT analyzes in 3D X-ray tomography.
