e2v’s Data Processing Solutions Business Unit is currently resetting its strategy with a new growth ambition, both organic and through diversified partnerships. Beyond its historical component approach (high reliability microprocessors), the BU is committed to move up the value chain, strengthen its portfolio with differentiated modules / sub-system HW/SW solutions to address our customers challenges as a partner of choice on aerospace, defense and industrial markets.

Main Accountabilities


Your challenge :

  • Propose and implement new growth paths for the BU
  • Extend the accessible market and lead the cultural change with a solution approach

Your missions / KPIs

  • Organise, strenghten and manage the marketing & application team (tactical, product, strategy)
  • Monitor market intelligence for the targeted segments
  • Drive the new offering roadmap with a customer-focused solution and differentiation approach
  • Build and animate an international network of ecosystem partners (components, electronic boards, embedded software, systems)
  • Manage promotion and design-in activities (tradeshows, customer visits, sales meetings, PR…)
  • Actively contribute to the BU strategic plan (organic and external growth)
  • Your KPIs : design-ins, revenue growth, margin

Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

To succeed in the role you must have:

  • Graduate degree in Electronics + MBA
  • 15-20 years of diversified high-tech experience with both large and small organisations
  • Including at least 10 years of experience in marketing for solutions combining components + sub-systems + software on demanding global markets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving skills with both top-down strategic and bottom-up detailed tactical views
  • Proven capability to bring cross functional teams together around common goals
  • Fluent English, negotiation level
